This developmental work book focuses on developing our capacity to evolve into new value-adding roles in the context of emerging AI technology. It may be for you if you: 

  • Believe that human beings have an important role to play in the future, even if we don’t have a clear picture of what it is. 
  • Sense the potential for developing higher-order human capabilities that have been neglected by current systems of learning and education.
  • Are dissatisfied with the current narratives around AI and the future of work. 
  • Are motivated to do the challenging but essential work of developing yourself into new unique value-adding roles in the face of unprecedented uncertainty.
