In today’s world, volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) are a given.  This context is calling for new ways of working and learning. Old approaches, focused on centralized prediction and control, are leading to increasing levels of stress, low engagement, high turnover, and costly waste.  

Many leaders are finding themselves stuck in overcoming this challenge. They are looking for a new set of best practices for this new world and finding there are none.
